CCECC Ethiopian Branch is hiring three Drilling Rig Operators in Addis Ababa. The role requires at least three years of experience and offers a salary between 15,000 and 25,000 ETB per month. Applications close on 15 November 2026.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Drilling Rig Operator
• Practical experience in field drilling operations
• Good understanding of drilling equipment operation, routine maintenance, and site safety procedures
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites across Ethiopia

Main responsibilities

• Independently operate drilling rigs and perform drilling operations
• Carry out drilling activities in accordance with project specifications and technical requirements
• Ensure the proper operation, routine inspection, and basic maintenance of drilling equipment
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions and operational issues
• Follow site safety procedures and maintain accurate drilling records
• Travel to project sites as required
