On behalf of our clients, MAF International PLC, we are looking for a dynamic & enthusiastic candidate for a Factory Manager position located in Legetafo.
MAF International is involved in multiple businesses including manufacturing paper products for the local market. Job brief The factory Manager will oversee and be in charge of the whole operations of our factory located at Legetafo. The manager will supervise and oversee the production management, inventory management, finance, human and general service, and property administration functions at the factory level with a view to ensuring the smooth and cost-effective delivery of the factory operations and liaising and closely working with the Head Office management team. • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related fields, Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related is preferred • Experience in MS office packages and email usage • Fluent in the English Language • Afan Oromo is advantageous • 3-5 Years of relevant work experience in a paper manufacturing/processing factory • Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • A team player with leadership skills • Ability to work under pressure |
