National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) is hiring a Finance Expert in Bonga, Somali, onsite. The senior level position requires between five and eight years of experience and a bachelor's degree in accounting & finance, economics, or business. Salary is negotiable. Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's in Accounting & Finance, economics, Business, or related field
- Knowledge of financial rules and regulations
- Knowledge of tax laws
- Knowledge of Internal implementation/regulation of the organization
- Knowledge of Payroll preparation
Main responsibilities
- Preparing payments and issuing invoices
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Processing the settlement of advance payments for employees, purchasers, and regional offices
- Follow up on the cashier's transaction and settlement for the advance
- Assist in document preparation for internal and external audit
