Danish Refugee Council is hiring a Finance Manager in Addis Ababa. The role is senior with five to eight years of experience and requires a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting. Applications close on 16 November 2026.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in in a senior financial management position.
  • At least 3 years’ experience with people management
  • Proven experience in managing large budgets of international humanitarian organizations
  • Proven leadership skills and a competence in people management
  • Competence in providing technical guidance and training
  • Proven experience in working with national partners, local/government authorities
