GKP Construction and Import is hiring six General Foremen for project sites as assigned. The role requires a diploma in Civil Engineering and is at a junior level with one to three years of experience. Applications close on 15 November 2026.
Requirements
- Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related construction field
- Demonstrated hands‑on experience in building construction
- Must have successfully completed at least one building construction project from commencement to final completion and handover
Main responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily building construction and compound site works.
- Organize and manage skilled and unskilled laborers and subcontractors.
- Interpret construction drawings and ensure proper execution of works.
- Monitor work progress, workmanship, material utilization, and productivity.
- Coordinate masonry, concrete, plastering, finishing, drainage, fencing, paving, and other external site works.
- Ensure compliance with construction specifications, occupational health and safety requirements, and project schedules.
