National Marketers PLC is hiring a Head Of Finance in Addis Ababa. The position requires a master's degree in accounting or finance and 8 to 12 years of experience. Applications close on 2 November 2026.

Requirements

  • At least 8–10 years of relevant finance experience
  • ACCA, CPA, or equivalent

Main responsibilities

  • Lead financial strategy and advise executive management on business performance
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and profitability monitoring
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Oversee cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, foreign exchange exposure
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements
  • Lead finance operations, improve financial processes, and drive standardization
