Main Duties and Responsibilities

1.   Attract and Recruit Talent

2.   Design and Manage On boarding, promotion and Succession

3.   Nurture and Upgrade Talent/Family (Learning, Bonding and Thriving)

     - Khul Hearts in-house, game and bonding days/nights, family feedback system, Inviting guest speakers regularly

4. Set, Track and Document Performance, (Present Weekly KPIs)

5. Foster collaboration on and off work place, (using online tools)

6. Be the Celebration Master (organize events and celebrate the family)

  -Khul Shower, KISS (Khul Insiders for Secrets Surprises), Awards, Recognitions, Fun Trips and KhulVersary (Anniversary of Khul)

7. Optimize, Create, Implement, Manage and Supervise Family Documents

 -Family handbook, Khulosophy, Family creed, posts and Pictures

8. Keep optimizing the Culture that can make us inspirational for candidates and exemplary to other organizations

9. Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision

10. Oversee daily operations and the work of team members while monitoring and improving daily functions

11. Maintain the benefits and pay schedule.

12. Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, conflicts, terminations, and investigations.

13. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

14. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

15. Performs other duties as assigned.

It is a plus if you have an experience and/or background in one or more of these

> Build and Led teams before

> Team Analytics based experiences

> Administrative positions

> Wellbeing Services

>You have Served/Volunteered in a leadership position in Community Service and personal/professional development platforms, like Rotaract/Rotary, AIESEC, Toastmasters, DOT or similar others

P.S. Passion and/or experience in Personal Growth and Wellbeing is a big plus.
