The Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Association (EPA) is a national association of pharmacists in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. The association was incepted in 1974 with the objectives of upholding the honor and ethics of the profession, safeguarding the professional rights of its members and working to ensure that the public gets quality pharmaceutical products and services.
Vision: EPA aspires to advance the health and well-being of the society and to become one of the leading professional associations in Ethiopia, a model in Africa and globally respected.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining and updating the website of the Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Association
- Support digital learning implementation for CPD (maintain and update digital learning solutions and course authoring tools)
- Supporting eLearning course conversion using course authoring tools
- Upload CPD courses, newsletters, news, advertisement/announcements and other information on the website and managing them
- Regularly update the website and ensure archive of all relevant information
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Possibly training more EPA staff members on IT
- Perform other relevant ICT related tasks as require

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- Additional qualification in pharmacy is an advantage.
- Has at least degree in Information Technology (IT) or equivalent certification and work experience
- Has at least 2 years working experience in IT (networking, website development and management, computer maintenance etc)
- Passionate about his/her profession and the Association
- Effective interpersonal relationships/communications 6. Having no record of illegal practice of any kind
