Transsion Manufacturing PLC is hiring a Junior Logistics Officer in Addis abeba, Addis Ababa. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Management and no experience is required. - Logistics processes, inventory control, warehouse operations
- Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Main responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily logistics and transportation activities.
- Support the receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor shipments and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain logistics documents, delivery notes, invoices, and shipment records.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments.

- Good Excel and reporting skills
