Habesha Breweries S.C. is looking for a Junior Shift Manager- Brewing.
Job Requirements
The job holder is responsible for coordinating, directing and controlling various resources (People, production imputes & Machineries) and production process to attain the required quality of product with a high level of efficiency in compliance with the agreed standard.
This role requires proven experience in proper supervision of production, safety, hygiene, and documentation & reporting.
The Person:
This role is positioned at the professional level and requires a well-trained Junior Shift Manager - Brewing, who will have the opportunity to develop her/his career further within a very progressive learning and development as well as a dynamic and exciting work atmosphere. A university-level degree in Chemical Engineering or in related fields, ideally 2 plus years of relevant experience in the brewing industry.
