Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate machinery rental and equipment operation.
• Monitor machinery availability, utilization, and deployment.
• Coordinate allocation to project sites and customers.
• Maintain records of equipment movements and operating hours.
• Monitor fuel consumption and operating costs.
• Coordinate machinery maintenance and repair.
• Follow up rental agreements and customer requirements.
• Coordinate machinery operators and assignments.
• Prepare machinery utilization and performance reports.
• Ensure proper use and safeguarding of machinery.
• Identify opportunities to improve utilization and rental revenue

Requirements & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Logistics, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in machinery rental, equipment operation, fleet management, construction equipment, or related activities.

Minimum Computer / Software Requirement

• Basic computer skills are mandatory.
