Main responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of the bank’s ATM network
• Ensure all ATMs are functioning optimally and address any operational issues promptly
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex ATM-related problems
• Updated on the latest ATM technologies and integrate new solutions
• Enhance ATM device durability by performing a scheduled preventive maintenance
• Mentor teams for enhancing end ATMs security by installing antivirus and other security patches
