Holland Dairy PLC is hiring a Quality Control Officer in Bishoftu, Oromia. The position is full time and requires a bachelor's degree in dairy technology, food science, or industrial chemistry, with one to three years of experience. Requirements
- BSC Degree in Dairy technology, food science, industrial chemistry, and other related fields
- Good understanding of HACCP, GMP and GLP
Main responsibilities
- Proper quality recording of incoming milk and finished products.
- Daily reporting of incoming milk and finished products.
- SOP & ISO implementation
- Make sure production is according EFDA standards.
- Assisting production to produce quality standard product.
- Perform routine laboratory testing and report on time.
Skills
- Basic laboratory testing and equipment handling.
