Previous experience working in a healthcare or dental environment is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage patient appointments, schedules, and inquiries.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and patient communications.
• Register new patients and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff.
• Handle payments, receipts, and basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
• Address patient concerns and direct them to the appropriate staff.

Requirements & Qualifications

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a receptionist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Professional, friendly, and well-presented personality.
• Healthcare or dental experience is an advantage.
• Strong digital proficiency and computer skills are mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools.
• Ability to use digital systems for appointment scheduling, patient records, communication, and other administrative tasks.
