The Leprosy Mission is looking for a highly motivated Regional HR Advisor to coordinate and support Human Resources in the Africa Region. This role is based in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa.

 The Regional Human Resource s Advisor provides strategic and practical human resources support to members of the TLM Global Fellowship in Africa. The main focus of this role to deliver HR advisory expertise to the members and to facilitate the strengthening of relationships, encourage learning and development that builds up TLM Global Fellowship members HR capacity and wider development.

 The main areas of focus of the role are:

• Capacity development
• ‘Hands on’ HR support for Members
• HR policy development and projects
• Coordination and facilitation of the Fellowship TLM HR network

 This is an excellent opportunity for a season HR professional to have international impact and interact at global level.
