Maleda Foam and Plastic Manufacturing is hiring a Strategy & Planning Officer in Addis Ababa. The role requires a bachelor's degree in management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or Strategic Management and 1 to 3 years of experience. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Strategic Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-3 year of relevant experience
Main responsibilities
- Support BSC/KPI monitoring and performance reporting.
- Collect and analyze departmental performance data.
- Prepare dashboards and periodic reports.
- Follow up departmental activity plans.
- Support strategy reviews, research and business-analysis activities.
