Requirements
- Practical experience and strong proficiency in Peachtree accounting software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
Main responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Reconcile bank statements, cash balances, and other financial accounts
- Monitor and document income, expenses, payments, and outstanding balances
