Zuqualla Horti PLC is located around Ejersa, 10km far away from Modjo. The company produces both strawberry & Ornamental Cutting for export to European Market; Currently we employ around 600 workers throughout the year and additional seasonal workers in high production season. The company is situated at Oromia Region, Eastern Shoa Zone: Lume Wereda, Muda and Bika Kebele.
Zuqualla Horti PLC would like to invite the competent and qualified applicant for the following position:
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive; process sales orders and transactions from customers.
- Prepare daily cash and credit receipts
- Have a strong follow-up on credit sale collection as per assigned targets and agreements.
- Gathers and analysing customer and market feedback on the product and price, and handles problems and complaints (dissatisfactions) and respond to their reviews.
- Maintain good relationship with existing distributors and able to set up new sales relationships with new customers
- Makes sure that products sold are as per the need of customers. Communicate weekly information to customers about company's offering
- Prepares weekly sales plan, prepares and follow up payments and other sales documents.
- Create and maintain customer database.
- Push and promote sales performance in his/her sales area in order to achieve established sales targets;
- Execute of sales policies and activities in line with company rules and regulations to support business growth, uniformity and business efficacy.
- Co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and good customer service. More specifically the drivers for distribution schedule and the pack house for availability/storage and loading issues
- Negotiate sale agreements for clients
- Checks the standard and performance of each agents and shops against required performance, and advice area of improvement on continuous process;
- Visit agents and shops working site on scheduled basis; and educate and creates awareness during each site visits;
- Performs other sales related duties as required
Job Requirements
Qualifications :
- BA in marketing management, business management or in any other related business fields with maximum 3 years of proven experience as Sales Coordinator or related positions
- Experience and/or background with agriculture/agribusiness related products is preferable
Additional Skills/ Competence Required
- Positive , friendly attitude and commercial mind
- Fluent in Amharic and English in spoken and writing
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales and promotional strategies
- Good customer relationship management skills (internal and external customers).
- Related training in sales is a plus
