• 6–8 years in road construction

Main responsibilities

• Supervise road earthworks, including excavation, rock fill, embankment fill, and unsuitable material removal.
• Coordinate excavators, bulldozers, graders, rollers, loaders, and dump trucks.
• Manage daily workforce and equipment allocation to meet production targets.
• Supervise material hauling, spreading, leveling, and compaction activities.
• Coordinate with engineers and surveyors to ensure compliance with road alignment, levels, and cross-sections.
• Monitor daily production quantities and equipment productivity.
