Tibeb Design & Build PLC is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer / Team Leader in Addis Ababa. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering and eight to ten years of experience. Applications close on 24 October 2026.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive structural engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license

Main responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, design, and documentation of structural systems for commercial, residential, and/or industrial projects.
  • Review structural drawings, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with local building codes and engineering standards.
