Main responsibilities
- Supervise road earthworks, including excavation, rock fill, embankment fill, and unsuitable material removal.
- Coordinate excavators, bulldozers, graders, rollers, loaders, and dump trucks.
- Manage daily workforce and equipment allocation to meet production targets.
- Supervise material hauling, spreading, leveling, and compaction activities.
- Coordinate with engineers and surveyors to ensure compliance with road alignment, levels, and cross-sections.
- Monitor daily production quantities and equipment productivity.
