Main responsibilities

• Deep technical proficiency in OSP fiber deployment, tower erection (up to 80m), civil construction, SLA maintenance operations, and QA/QC management
• Demonstrated excellence in strategic planning, business case formulation, commercial negotiations, financial management, subcontractor management, and client relationship management
• Proven capability to lead large, multi-disciplinary technical teams and field operations under challenging environmental conditions
• High adaptability to field conditions, willingness to travel extensively to regional project sites
