Main responsibilities

• Ensure that work place safety policy, procedures and practices are properly maintained and implemented.
• Implement human resource management strategy and administrative policy & procedure manuals and directives.
• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control the personnel activities of the company.
• Develop and implement UpToDate and effective human resource attracting, handling, motivating and retaining programs, schemes and practices.
• Ensure integration, collaboration and harmony among employees of the company.
• Foster good industrial relation in the company and handling possible grievances and disputes among the management.
