Main responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to calls, emails, and correspondence
- Draft, proofread, and edit letters, reports, presentations, memos
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, including logistics, materials, and documentation
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
