Main responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, employee records, contracts, and documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, orientation, and staff exits.
• Maintain HRIS records and prepare reports on headcount, attendance, leave, and turnover.
• Support manpower planning, performance appraisals, and employee development.
• Handle employee inquiries, workplace relations, and disciplinary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and healthcare regulations.
