Oromia Development Association (ODA) is hiring a HR management information system officer/IT officer in ODA Head Office, Finfine. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering and between three and five years of experience. Main responsibilities

• Responsible in structuring, digitalizing HR information System, in the organization HRIS software.
• Work on data collection, organizing, compiling, analyzing and reporting on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Provide support for HRIS Systems including, researching and resolving system related problems.
• Promote continuous process improvement practices and drive automation and efficiency.
