The role requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information System, Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Science and at least six years of experience. Requirements

• Second/first degree in Computer Engineering / Software Engineering/ Management Information System/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Information Science.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinates EOC service intervention need assessment activities of the branch in accordance with the policies and procedures.
• Operates the branch Emergency Operation Center (EOC) to organize factual information for decision makers.
• Collects, organizes, analyses and reports critical disaster incident information and data.
• Coordinates training to volunteers and pertinent personnel of the branches on EOC service.
• Participates and facilitates installation of ICT infrastructure that facilitates collection, processing, storage.
