Ethiopian National Association of the Blind is hiring a consultant to conduct or develop a gap analysis of inclusive climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction strategies, policies, plans, tools, and legislation. The role is full time, onsite in Addis Ababa, and requires a minimum of three years of experience. Applications close on 30 October 2026.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of inclusive climate change and disaster risk reduction systems.
• Experience in disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, early warning systems, emergency preparedness, and/or disability-based resilience programming;
• Good understanding of inclusive climate change and disaster preparedness in relation to disability rights.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both English and Amharic.
