Responsibilities
- Is responsible to make/Check front office customer service support at the branch. will handle/Check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries,
- handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
Job Requirements
Education : Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
Experience Requirement : (One) relevant experience in a Bank
Competencies Required
- Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services. Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures. Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests. Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system
