Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Management or a related field
- At least ten (10) years of relevant professional experience
- Direct managerial experience in an animal-feed processing or manufacturing company
- Demonstrated knowledge of animal-feed production processes, raw-material management, quality control and manufacturing operations
- Proven experience leading teams, managing budgets, improving operational efficiency and delivering business results
Nice to have
- Experience coordinating production, maintenance, quality, supply chain and commercial functions highly desirable
