Requirements

• BA/MA/MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience for MA and 9 years for BA in procurement, subcontracts, or supply chain management.
• 2+ years in a project-based procurement management role
• Supervisory and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations.

Main responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Procurement Management Plan (PMP) integrated with project schedules and budgets.
• Identify high-risk, long-lead, and critical-path items early to optimize project execution schedules.
• Align procurement milestones with engineering, construction/operations, and commissioning timelines.
• Establish sourcing strategies tailored to project scope and risk profiles.
• Lead the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFI) processes.
• Perform comprehensive commercial evaluations, bid tabulations, and risk assessments for vendor proposals.
