Organic Liquid Fertilizer Producing PLC is hiring a Transformation Project Manager & Executive Advisor to the CEO in Addis Ababa. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, project management, or international development and 5 to 8 years of experience. Requirements
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional projects and converting plans into delivered results
- Practical experience with KPIs, performance dashboards, root-cause analysis, action tracking, process documentation, and management reporting
Nice to have
- Formal project-management training or certification (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent qualification)
- Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, fertilizer, FMCG, or another operationally intensive business
- Familiarity with change management, organizational design, people analytics, and talent-development systems
- Strong Excel and dashboard skills; experience with ERP reporting or business-intelligence tools is an advantage
- A track record of improving execution discipline in organizations where processes or systems are not yet consistently followed
- Strong proposal writing, stakeholder engagement, results-based management, monitoring and evaluation, and donor-compliance skills
