Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and highly organized Human Resources Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Human Resource Department in the delivery of HR services to functional departments and provide day-to-day support in employee relations, industrial relations, HR administration, disciplinary processes, employee engagement, Payroll and HR documentation .

Reports To: Human Resources Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager in the effective delivery of HR services to functional departments.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for Industrial Relations and Employee Relations matters.
- Schedule and coordinate employee disciplinary meetings, exit interviews, and other HR meetings as assigned.
- Participate in disciplinary committee meetings and prepare accurate and confidential records of proceedings.
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets and records of HR submissions, approvals, pending actions, and related issues.
- Prepare ad submit weekly and monthly HR Reports, Man hour Report, and monthly reports.
- Administer employee incentive programs, recognition initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare and maintain documentation relating to employee resignations, terminations, disciplinary actions, and other employee relations matters.
- Prepare payroll.
- Conduct employee exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify employee relations concerns, retention issues, and negative trends.
- Maintain an accurate, organized, and confidential HR filing and record-keeping system.
- Handel employee complaints, harassment allegations, grievances, and other industrial relations matters.
- Organize employee training and development activities and ensure that training records are properly maintained.
- Ensure compliance with ATS Human Resources policies, procedures, and applicable employment requirements.
- Handle employee performance management, coaching, and disciplinary processes in coordination with department managers.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive employee information and HR records.
- Promote positive employee relations and maintain professional communication with employees, management, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ATS health, safety, and HR policies and procedures within the area of responsibility.
- Perform other reasonable HR-related duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager or management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements:
- University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field .
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, or a similar HR position.
- Proven experience in employee relations, disciplinary procedures, HR administration, and employee grievance handling.
- Experience in preparing HR documentation, reports, letters, meeting minutes, and employee records.
- Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, employment practices, and employee relations principles.
- Experience working with employee representatives, Labour Offices, or other relevant external institutions is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .
- Strong organizational, administrative, record-keeping, and reporting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential employee information with a high level of integrity.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively with employees and managers at different levels of the organization.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple HR priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, confident, creative, and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Strong willingness and ability to support employee development and build the capacity of local staff.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Ability to speak and understand English , both written and spoken, is a must. Β
