Ethiopian Tourist Trading is hiring a human resource information systems (HRIS) officer in Addis Ababa. The position requires a bachelor's degree in human resource management (HRM), management information systems (MIS), and two to three years of experience. The salary is negotiable. Requirements

  • 2–3 years of HRIS administration experience

Main responsibilities

  • Administer and update HRIS modules (recruitment, attendance, etc.).
  • Ensure system security, accuracy, and user access control.
  • Support users and provide training on HR systems.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports.
