The position requires a bachelor's degree in human resource management (HRM), management information systems (MIS), and two to three years of experience. The salary is negotiable. Main responsibilities
- Administer and update HRIS modules (recruitment, attendance, etc.).
- Ensure system security, accuracy, and user access control.
- Support users and provide training on HR systems.
- Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports.
