Requirements

Main responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the B2B sales team's daily activities, targets and reporting
- Build and strengthen relationships with corporate, government, NGO and fleet clients
- Work with our tender officers to find, prepare and submit winning tenders
- Prepare quotations and proforma invoices, and follow through on approvals and payments
- Keep a close eye on the sales pipeline and share clear weekly and monthly performance reports
- Coach, evaluate and support the growth of each team member
