MBF Investment Group PLC is hiring a senior Marketing Manager for Apartment & Shop sale in Addis Ababa. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or sales and a minimum of five years of experience. Applications close on 13 November 2026.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, market research, and sales strategies.
- Ability to meet sales targets, manage a team, and prepare marketing and sales reports.
Nice to have
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in real estate and property development.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase apartment and shop sales.
- Set sales targets, supervise the sales team, and ensure achievement of objectives.
- Manage advertising, promotions, market research, and lead generation.
- Build customer relationships, conduct property visits, negotiate, and close sales.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure customer satisfaction.
