Position: Member Profiling Associate We are looking for a motivated and friendly Member Profiling Associate to join our team! As a member profiling associate, you will be responsible for gathering members business and CSR engagement in the country. Member Profiling Associate duties and responsibilities • Building member database that catalogues various member characteristics (sector, number of employees, geographies working in, etc.). • Build specific and aggregated tailored reports that go beyond basic database – this can include total employment for all members, taxes paid, FDI levels, etc. • Aggregating Corporate Social Responsibility activities of member companies. • Drafting member profiles that highlight a specific company’s activities that promotes the values of the AmCham. • Maintaining member accounts and profile updates; this will include ad hoc reports on membership profiles and changes year over year. • Answering general questions about membership to prospective members • Use critical thinking to solve members issues are resolved in a timely manner • Developing and maintaining members relationships with the chamber • Maintained knowledge of company’s service and resource available to members • Maintaining records of members interactions • Provide recap report from different events.
