GLOVAL Access is hiring one Sales and Marketing Officer in Addis Ababa. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Management and up to two years of experience. Applications close on 3 November 2026.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer service.
- Good command of spoken and written Amharic and English.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and carry out practical sales and marketing activities to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify potential customers, generate new leads, and turn business opportunities into sales.
- Actively promote and sell our international advisory services, recruitment and HR solutions, and digital career development tools.
- Help in Creating engaging marketing content, promotional videos, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and build strong customer relationships.
