MBF Investment Group PLC is hiring ten sales officers in Addis Ababa. The role requires a diploma in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration. Applications close on 13 November 2026.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently or as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of digital marketing and sales reporting
Nice to have
- Experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property sales
Main responsibilities
- Promote and sell apartments and commercial shops to prospective customers
- Identify potential buyers, generate leads, and follow up on customer inquiries
- Arrange property visits, explain features and payment plans, and support sales negotiations
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales activity reports
