Holland Dairy PLC is hiring one Sales Planning Coordinator in Addis Ababa. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Statistics and at least three years of experience. Applications close on 18 November 2026.
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft skills: excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables and forecasts
- Ability to use and interpret Power BI or similar reports
- Strong numerical skills, careful checking and the ability to explain what the figures mean for the business
Main responsibilities
- Prepare sales forecasts and allocations
- Prepare KPI scorecards using agreed definitions
- Create daily SENRI scoreboards for the Trade Manager
- Track daily sales by route & channel and provide insights
- Check each distributor's forecast, targets, coverage, compliance and agreed operating KPIs
- Recommend action where distributors are underperforming
