Romel General Trading Plc is hiring a Sales Representative in multiple locations including Jigjiga, Semera, Asosa, Wolaitasodo, Bonga, Dilla, Jimma, Asella, Ambo, and Sebeta. The position is full time, onsite, and requires a diploma in Marketing, Management, or Business Administration for a junior level with 1-3 years experience. Applications close on 18 November 2026.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Willingness to reside and work in the assigned sales area.
Nice to have
- 0-3 years and above; relevant sales experience is an advantage.
Main responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet sales KPI.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business clients, agents and potential influencers in the region.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
- Collaborate with the marketing and other sales team to align promotional efforts and campaigns with sales strategies.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- Monitor market, sales trends and competitor activities to adapt workable sales approach accordingly.
