Requirements

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point)

Main responsibilities
- Manage the TVET V.Dean’s calendar, schedule faculty meetings, and record detailed minutes for academic committees.
- Act as the first point of contact for student inquiries regarding registration, course schedules, and faculty policies.
