Requirements
- Good knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, accounting standards, and internal control procedures
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
Main responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, journals, and supporting documents
- Reconcile bank statements, cash balances, and other financial accounts regularly
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions and follow up on outstanding balances
- Identify and report accounting discrepancies and support the preparation of necessary adjusting entries
- Provide necessary financial documents and information during internal and external audits
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records for audit purposes
