Main responsibilities
- Oversee after-sales service operations, ensuring timely and effective support to customers.
- Manage technical service activities, including vehicle inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair coordination.
- Lead and coordinate engineering and after-sales service teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and respond to technical and service-related inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement after-sales service strategies to improve service quality and customer retention.
