Main responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the overall operations of the restaurant
- Establish and implement operational structures, procedures, policies, and service standards
- Assess staffing needs and lead the recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management of employees
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, inventory, purchasing, and operational costs
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer feedback
