New Leaf Medical Complex (NLMC) is hiring six Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurses in Lebu Musica Sefer, Addis Ababa. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Nursing and between three to five years of experience. Applications close on 21 November 2026.

Requirements

• Valid professional nursing licence
• Both Adult & Pedatrics expousure

Nice to have

• 3–5 years of relevant hospital experience , preferably in an ICU or critical-care unit.
• Demonstrated competence in critical-care nursing is strongly preferred.
• ICU certification, critical-care training, or a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Main responsibilities

• Monitor critically ill patients and promptly identify clinical deterioration.
• Assess vital signs, neurological status, haemodynamic parameters, and oxygenation.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely.
• Assist with ventilatory support, invasive monitoring, and critical-care procedures within the scope of practice.
• Participate in emergency response and resuscitation.
• Maintain accurate ICU documentation and follow patient safety protocols.
