New Leaf Medical Complex (NLMC) is hiring seven OPD / Procedure Room Nurses in Lebu Musica Sefer, Addis Ababa. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Nursing and three to five years of experience. Applications close on 21 November 2026.
Requirements
- Valid professional nursing licence.

Nice to have
- 3–5 years of relevant hospital or specialised medical‑centre experience , preferably in OPD, ambulatory care, or a procedure room.
- Experience assisting with clinical procedures and outpatient patient management is strongly preferred.
- Relevant procedure-room, infection prevention, or specialised clinical training is an advantage.
Main responsibilities
- Prepare consultation and procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies.
- Assess patients, record vital signs, and support clinical consultations.
- Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures within the scope of practice.
- Prepare patients, maintain aseptic technique, and monitor them during and after procedures.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely.
- Maintain accurate patient records and support appointment and patient-flow coordination.
