Romel General Trading Plc is hiring three project sales representatives in Addis Ababa. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing Management, Sales Management, or Electrical Engineer and at least two years of experience. Applications close on 1 November 2026.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing Management, Sales Management, Electrical Engineer
- 2 years proven sales experience
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Capability to persuade clients to adopt the company’s products
- Proficient in identifying and resolving client issues to ensure satisfaction
Main responsibilities
- Maintain an updated customer database by registering existing and new clients
- Develop daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and forecasts
- Provide excellent after-sales service and support to project clients
- Conduct regular site visits to project customers to gather feedback
- Promote and sell our products by identifying customer needs, developing tailored solutions, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely product delivery
