Requirements
- BSC degree in Civil Engineering field of study
- Applying engineering practices, principles and technics in financial institutions
Nice to have
- A minimum of 2 years demonstrated work experience
Main responsibilities
- Undertakes the property valuation activity of the Institution as per policy and procedure
- Prepare TOR for selection of Design Consulting Jury for own building construction
- Review designs (architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical) and bid documents
- Follow up and report progress of construction projects as per the predefined particulars
- Coach and mentor staff under supervision towards effective career development
